I thought October flew by, but November really caught me off guard! As we get closer to Christmas I think that time seems to go really quick as we all have so much to do.
For November, I didn’t set myself too many goals. I knew that I was going to be busy, so I didn’t want to put too much pressure on myself. At the end of the month the kids stayed with their dad for the weekend. Hubby and I used this weekend for a bit of “us time”. I did blog a little, but didn’t spend as much time as usual online.
It was also my dad’s birthday last week, the first since he passed away. Knowing this was coming up really hit my enthusiasm hard. I found it difficult to really concentrate on anything. It was always going to be a hard day, I just didn’t realize how much it would affect me.
So, how did I do with Novembers goals?
- Interact more online with other Bloggers : I have been trying to “talk” more to people on Twitter etc. I’m still quite shy when it comes to this though. But I do think I have improved this a little.
- Re purpose or improve old posts : This I have not gotten round to at all. I am hoping to try and fit time in to do this here and there over the next couple of Months.
- Start making a media kit : After I wrote the last goals post, the lovely Lauretta sent me a link to a media kit example. I am now slowly starting to put one together, it may take a while lol.
Goals For December.
For December, I have decided not to set myself any specific goals. I am going to continue to work on the goals I set for November and any other Blogmin that may come up. December is going to be really bust with Christmas coming up. Booey and I are also doing #Vlogvent, filming and editing does take up a lot of time.
In January, I am going to set myself some goals for the new year. Things that I hope to achieve by this time next year. I think this will help me stay focused on where I want to be.
Have a great Christmas all.
Take care everyone.
