Father’s Day Gift Guide

Father’s Day is a couple of weeks away and we are all looking for the perfect gift for the man in our lives. Sadly, my Dad has passed away. When he was alive he would always say not to bother getting him anything, but if we didn’t, we wouldn’t hear the end of it! Booey like to get a present for her dad (my ex-husband) and something for her step-dad (my present husband). She likes to get them something that is personal to them.

Finding a gift can be hard, especially if you have a dad who has everything he wants or says he doesn’t want anything lol! But, with online shopping, things are much easier now. I have put together this Father’s Day gift guide to give you a little inspiration when buying a gift for your dad.

Truffle Shuffle is a store that I personally love, as does my husband. It has gifts and clothing inspired by movies, tv shows and bands. They have everything from retro t-shirts, posters, Jaws shot glasses to a Darth Vader light sabre umbrella. There are so many great gifts available, and some of them are quite humorous too. Personally, I love all the superhero and Star Wars bits, will be dropping some hints around Christmas time!

Fragrance Direct has some great aftershaves and gift sets available for Dad. At the moment there is up to 65% off Father’s Day fragrances. They now have grooming sets for beards which I think is a great addition to the ranges. They also have items under £20, so you can still get something nice if you are on a budget. If you want something personalized and a little bit unique, Etsy is the place to look. They have pictures, keyrings, wallets, and more. Almost all products are available with some kind of personalization. You can get your own photos added to some products or your dad’s name or the names of you and your siblings. Again, there is so much to choose from and many gifts under £20 making it very affordable. I like the fact that when buying something on Etsy you are supporting small businesses.

Prezzybox has a great range of gifts. There is everything from Gadgets, chocolate gifts, unique gifts and experience days. Like Etsy, many of the gifts can be personalized and they have some lovely dad’s first Father’s Day and Grandad  gifts too. Some of the gifts are a lot of fun, I particularly like the bubble wrap suit, hours of fun for anyone! A few years ago I got hubby a lairdship. He is laird of a square foot of land in Scotland. As you can see there is such a great range of gifts available for Father’s Day, a lot more than the card we made at school and bar of chocolate or socks we used to get my dad lol.
